Workshops for businesses

We offer several types of training for professionals, and we adapt our workshop depending on our audience. All of our training courses promote dialogue and pro-activity. They are based on active pedagogy in collective intelligence.

From the very beginning, we set the rules to create an atmosphere of humour and empathy, in order to guarantee a serene environment, to ensure everyone is feeling comfortable. Whatever the chosen format, no academic prerequisites are necessary.

In order to best evaluate your needs, we first set up a preliminary interview to figure out how we can best assist you. Each team has its own dynamics, which is why we think a tailor-made approach is essential. Our workshops can be held on-site in your offices, or at our premises at 70 rue Amelot in Paris, at your convenience, and within the limit of 15 people per session.

The learning objectives of our in-company training courses share the same base, whatever the formula chosen:

  • To master the societal causes of invisibility and cultural conditioning in the professional environment.

  • Mastering assertiveness at work

  • Mastering interpersonal communication in a team environment

  • Mastering communication in the event of an interpersonal incident in a professional context


Based on a "toolbox" imagined by Free Voice, our three training courses for a professional audience are flexible in terms of content and duration. We offer three formulas to best reconcile your availability and your interests.

 

Classic Formula

The classic formula takes place over two half-days of four hours each. Its aim is to discover different communication tools through the so-called active method: by mobilizing the participants through role-playing, workshops, and talking circles. 

Express Formula

The "express" formula, more concise, condenses into four consecutive hours over one day the essential content of Free Voice training that meets your needs.

Team-building

And finally, for more in-depth exchanges and a greater place for sharing, we also offer a formula of two full and consecutive days of 7 hours each. This can take the form of a team-building weekend. In which case we will cover every aspect of  the logistics to find the most suitable place for your team to make this moment as enjoyable as possible.


ES'TEAM ‘FREE VOICE’ TRAINING

Aimed at a unit, a department, or any other defined team of which the functioning is based on collaboration, this training aims to enable each person to find their voice within the collective and to promote productive exchanges.

How ?

By mobilizing tools from many different fields of study, this training aims to identify the possible obstacles that can hinder the proper conduct of interpersonal exchanges, to deconstruct the patterns that are at the origin of these flawed patterns, and to provide the right tools to establish the best practices.

‘FREE VOICE’ MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Aimed at managers, leaders, and supervisors of an organization, this training aims to provide the necessary tools to establish a climate of trust. This training is based on different workshops. They deliver the tools and reflexes for supervisors to make their team members feel encouraged, so they can give the best of themselves. Thus, avoiding all the pitfalls and risks of unconstructive supervision.

How ?

The tools shared during the workshops are based on methods recommended by several experts worldwide. They come from communication studies, as well as cognitive and behavioral sciences.

MANAGEMENT & ES'TEAM TRAINING

This training is aimed at teams and departments in their entirety, including supervisors. The workshops are opening the dialogue, to reveal the unspoken. Thus, allowing everyone to share their experiences.

A skilful combination of the two training courses mentioned above, it involves the workshop from both and additional ones, designed specifically for this particular context.
